I did book 2 flight tickets in the month of May 2020. Which was a round trip, i.e. Bangalore to Raipur and Raipur to Bangalore. The fight got canceled due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
The booking Ids are:
- Bengaluru to Raipur: FF[protected]
- Raipur to Bengaluru: FF[protected]
As I have still not received the refund of the amount. I contacted Flipkart travel customer care, I was informed to provide bank details to this email, as a refund to the original mode of payment was getting declined.
I wrote mails to flikart customer support for refund and provided all my bank details as requested, still they are just delaying my refund.
Very deeply disappointed.
I feel no action is being taken by flipkart customer support. I don't know how this can go unchecked in organisation like flipkart.
