[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund of payment twice received by you

This is to inform you that I have purchased a washing machine trolley on 12th October 2020 from Flipkart app. For the product Flipkart received payment twice as per the statement provided by state bank of india. one the first occasion, I tried several times to pay the amount from G-Pay which was unsuccessful at that time. After that I paid the amount from the debit card which was successful. When I was checking my account statement I noticed that Flipkart received payment twice. I made a complaint to flipkart customer care but they denied my payment. As per their conversation/communication my payment is reserved with you.

I request you kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.
