I have ordered HAVELLS Ventil Air DX 200 mm 5 Blade Exhaust Fan from flipkart ... On 15 th May 2021 and it delivered on 18th May 2021 . But when i opened the parcel I came to know that seal was tampered and product was not there . Then I raised the issue in Flipkart app and they assured for a replacement . But later when it was to be picked up the delivery agent asked me to come 25 kms away to give the box which I recived ... Although it was unfair but still I went to give it to delivery agent but unfortunately I was stopped in the mid way by Rajasthan police as it was lockdown time due to covid 19 . So when I told them they told that seller is happy to provide refund ... I said okay, give refund . They told that within 72 hrs our team will contact you . But we couldnt connect and they rejected my refund request thrice( 3 times) ... Citing the reason that I havent uploaded the ID proof . When I checked flipkart return policy there is no provision o[censored]ploading ID proof during return . Then why they are mentally harassing me again and again with this ID ...just to not give replacment / refund or they want to steal my personal data to sale it ???
@flipkart please either refuse for return / replacement or stop mental harasment on the name of ID .
