Flipkart — Related to mantel harassment and bribe

I have purchased an Almira from flipkart with order number: OD[protected] of the price 18817, which was delivered on 30st May and installation date were 2nd June 2024.

However, date changed from 2 to 3rd June 2024 and assigned a technician with Name Sarik Khan and number[protected].

Then I called to customer care to confirm whether 3rd june installation will complete or not ?
After getting confirmation from them I took a leave and wait for complete day for technician, but he did not come and not provide any update while calling him multiple times.

Then at night he called and asked for money for installation (since installation is free) and when I denied that threaten me on call and disconnected the call.

from that day I am trying to connect with customer care, but no one is helping.

I want company will take serious action on Sarik Khan and take him out from the company with a return apology me on my email id.
