Flipkart — Return and refund order for 2600 INR for Flipkart making impossible org

Ordered Bajaja Table fan and Flipkart delivered me Havell one . Rasied the return n refund immediately and shared picture

Its now 7 days now with now solution and all they diconnect the call / chat and send me just canned email .

I have sent pictures again agfter 7 days of inaction and staill awaiting
