I have purchased couple of Sofa (2 seater and 3 seater).
the quality shown online was completely different from what we received and it had damages as well. I did take 3 year service for both too.
The very next day I raised a request for return, as the site didnt allow me to do a refund (first my bank was not in the list and then site didnt accept any other option) so I atleast booked it for replacement, thinking I can get support team to change to refund. When the flipkart team came to check and we explained about the poor quality and showed them the damage, they agreed to get it refunded, However since then nothing has moved its been more than three weeks and they cancelled my request and no refunds. Then I tried to raise the refund request again it message its out of policy.
Now I am not even able to write to them, as the website doesnt allow and emails message says email not in use anymore.
This is very disappointing.
I originally opted for Flipkart instead of Amazon to support India based firms. And this is the outcome of promoting Indian company. Really sad.
I want the money back please.
