[Resolved]  Flipkart — SAMSUNG Galaxy F23 5G(forest green. 128 GB)

Dear Team,
This above product was ordered my me(Nitu Singh) from app of my sister (Neha Nupoor). Product was delivered late on 09/10/22 instead of 07/10/22 and it was COD of Rs. 13528/-. When I opened it there was no mobile handset in the box, instead there was another box inside the main box containing 4 soaps of Mamaearth. I called the delivery boy he refused to come back. I immediately called to the customer care of flipkart informing about the same. I told them that the box was not properly packed, it was tiered from its both side and was packed from above with a plastic labeled with flipkart name. Customer care assured that he has launched a complaint with missing product heading and i will get refund by 21/10/22. For this they have asked me to upload the pictures of the product that I have recieved with my Identity proof, it was done by me. But after some days i received a message that seller has refused to return as the product has been delivered. I again called to flipkart customer care, this time again a complaint was launched with the heading wrong product received and therefore product will be received. I got call in the name of Mr. chandan, investigating agent form flipkart, again i narrated him the whole story, he sent a mail in order to revert the mail with pictures of the product, it was done by me, also i got message to upload the pictures on flipkart app, again i uploaded it. But after few days i received a message that replacement has been denied by the seller. I again called the flipkart customer care, this they said that i have not replied to their mail and not uploaded pictures so item can't be returned.

With all this what i shold understand that being such a big company flipkart is a fraud/ or seller is fraud or the delivery boy? I have lost my product and money too, who ever is the culprit. I want my money back, kindly help.
