Hi, i have ordered samsung s9+ on 21st march'2020. And govt annouced lockdown due to which delivery of product get extended. I underatand the govt policies n guidelines very well n that was the reason i was waiting for delivery if the product. But now the restrictions has been taken back n all the non essential items are also allow to deliver. However flipkart is not trying to deliver my product till now nor any of the customer care excut8ve giving me true picture of delay in delivering my product some is saying your product is in nearest hub only, someone is saying its misplaced and someone is saying its in mumbai. Its been almost 2 months n 10 daya now n still im waiting for the delivery. However i had ordered realme band from my brother's account (Pankaj dargude) on dt.23rd may'2020 and received the delivery of the product within the 5 days only. This band also dispatched from the gurgoan n my previous order which is samsung s9+ also dispatched from gurgoan. If band can reach here in 5 days then what are the challenges flipkart is facing to deliver product which is ordered on 21st mar'2020. It seems like you have received the amount for the samsung s9+ n that is the reason now u r not worried about the product n now u r concentrating on the cash on delivery order. So that u will earn some more amounts. I had sent an email to to flipkart ceo as well, consumer forum and cmo maharashtra was marked in cc on that mail.
Request to please look into this n provide resolve my query at earliest.
