I ordered a Sandisk memory card on 16th July 2021 and it's delivered on 19th July 2021, due to some personal work not able to check the item and I checked the same on 26th July and found it's not class 10 memory card and raised for return. They delayed it and approved for replacement, however again they cancelled the replacement request as well. I received a email from Flipkart on July 28 stating, "We are sorry to let you know that your order OD122******* for sandisk ultra 64 GB MicrosSDHC class 10 98 MB/s Memory card has been cancelled as the product listed by the seller does not meet the quality standards mandated by Flipkart.
Since we doubt the authenticity of this item, all product listed by the seller are being removed from our website and app. it may take some time for us to investigate this further and we want to make sure you are not affected by this delay.
If you paid by credit card, net banking or debit card, it may take up to 5 to 7 business as per bank procedure. if you paid by gift card, it will be credited to your gift card used for the purchase in 24 hours.
we would like to thank you for you continued trust and understanding."
After this email I didn't hear anything back from Flipkart, hence thought to connect with Flipkart. When I spoke with the customer care person I explained him and he was trying to check the system like that call was happened around 38mins, finally he said call back after 10 mins currently some technical issues. If I call again I have to explain the whole story again to the new customer person who takes the call.
Please help me on this, I'm waiting almost a month for the status. I just want to get the replacement at least. Was this information helpful? |
