I am ordered in 9 the August expect date is 13th August, it can't delivered still now, , and also I ordered in 18th August expect date is 24th August but it can also not delivered still now in I submitted address.

IAM unable to login into my account .it shows account does not exist . actually I ordered and received skull candy earphones from Flipkart. they are not working now.so in process of returning it, I need the details of the order.which j cannot open.so please help me
