I bought a nokia TV from flipkart on 19/07/2020 with price Rs 31894 and additionally bought a complete protection of 3yrs offered by JEEVES on that very day of price Rs 2299.
Now on 14/03/2023 my Tv got an external damage and very same day I raised a complaint in JEEVES through Flipkart. After few days JEEVES contacted me through call and asked me for EXTRA Rs 500 for complain registration charges so that they can proceed with my problem solution. After that they told me that a Mechanic will contact me and make sure to solve the problem, and so it happened and then the mechanic asked for the photo of damage product, invoice, tv serial number and after fulfilling his request, he then assured me that he did his work of submitting the docs to JEEVES and now I have to wait for further instruction from JEEVES.
After that its been 3 months JEEVES has neither gave any update to the mechanic and when I contacted they are just harassing by giving dates and nothing happening when time is coming for the service.
Now, when contacting flipkart about the issue, they are just harassing by giving dates and assuring that everything will be shorted, but when times come they are not giving services and extending the dates.
COMPLAIN: I want my tv panel to be changed immediately and pay for the harassment they has cost and the money too.
