Flipkart — Shipment has reached the hub nearest to you but not delivering the item from last 2 days

I order two products - one is iphone 14 and another is iphone's adapter charger for the phone. but i receieved othe adapter as per time but I haven't receieved the iphone 14 as per date. iPHONE 14 was ordered on 10th October, 2023 around 1:00 AM IN THE NIGHT hours on Flipkart. The expected delivery date was same day i.e. 11th October, 2023, 2300 hours. I didn't receive the product that day and I receieved the pmessage from flipkart side that the delivery is delayed by 1 day. The product has reached it's nearest delivery station on 11th October 2023 at 07:42 am in the morning hours. Today is 12th October, 2023 1909 hours and I still have not received the product.

I would like to request immediate delivery of the product as well as compensate in terms of monetary basis for the inconvenience caused.
