[Resolved]  Flipkart — Spf claim rejected twice without enquiry

We had sold microtek solar UPS M-SUN 1135VA 12V SINEWAVE UPS through Flipkart on 07-dec-2020
Invoice number : FAFKNU[protected]
ORDER ID: OD[protected]

Upon delivery the customer had returned the order claiming mis-shipment. We had immediately contacted Flipkart seller support and raised a ticket stating we have sent the correct product as listed.
Correct Model shipped for Order ID: OD[protected] [Incident: IN[protected]]
The incident was rejected claiming the mis-shipment is approved.

After 7 days we got the product return from Flipkart. It was not the product which was sent. A normal microtek ups which has already been used. We clearly dont sell normal UPS from Microtek as we are authorized distributors for Microtek solar products. We immediately raised SPF CLAIM FOR THE SAME

Which was rejected almost immediately by Flipkart without any calls or Enquiry to us.

We raised another SPF claim regarding the same which was rejected again after two days. Again no Enquiry or call to us.
We are at a loss of Rs 6430 for the product and an additional cancellation charge of Rs 950.

We raised one more SPF claim for the same. This time an executive called and asked for more information like shipping label and product images. We had forwarded the same and immediately got an auto response mail rejecting the same.
No proper explanation. No information on why it was rejected. No details provided. If this is the way Flipkart SPF CLAIMS WORK, many sellers will suffer huge losses .
