I order laptop bag from flipkart and received wrong and duplicate product . and same i given request for return . till now no pickup done and not refunded my amount. i tried to follow up with flipkart for issue, but no one responding properly . almost 15 days over issue not resolved.
flipkart cheating with customer and selling duplicate products with wrong seller.
kindly help to resolved for same

    Hi,
    I have booked air india flight from your website an year ago (apr17-2020). Due to the covid, return flight got cancelled and refund is still pending.

    I have contacted Flipkart team, Refund Pending on booking id ending wth [2202] and the [Incident: IN[[protected]] logged against flipkart is not resolved.

    When i contacted customer care support[protected] for the update. It was still waiting under 120 days tag.

    Still i didn't receive any update from team. Please help me in expedite the process .

        I placed my order on Flipkart on the 7th of October that time delivery date was showing the 10th of October. But again they changed the date to the 12th of October so I registered a complaint regarding this. And asked to deliver early to the Flipkart executive. They said ma'am your order has already been reached the nearest hub, logistics team is responsible for the delay. We will try to resolve your query by 3day. But again even after 3days, they didn't resolve my issue and again they extended my complaint date by 3days and again they didn't resolve my issue again asking for 3days more for the delivery of my product. Please look into this matter. And I want to raise a complaint against the logistics team of Flipkart. I think they have stolen my phone.

          Flipkart has started a programe where a person watches videos and inbetween answers questions which allows them to earn some points and which later can be redeemed to vouchers.
          I have been playing this for a year and now i have earned 2500 points..when i tried to redeem with 2500 flipkart voucher .flipkart says i am not eligible for it.
          When checked terms and conditions .it clearly mentions i am eligible.
          Now i want action to be taken against flipkart and fine to be imposed on them for wasting my time and effort.

            I have ordered with Flipkart on 23rd October 21 : OD[protected]

            I amount has been debited from my acc but it shows that transaction failed. I have received no refund of the amount debited.

            And it would really help on the consumer end if you had telecommunication for customer care, writing takes a lot of time for reply and in such situations a customer cannot be having patience till you reach back us in writing.

                But, I received different/fake PUMA shoes. Please see the attached images. I have requested for refund 3 times but Flipkart is cancelling my request again and again and saying that I should return the original product.
                How can I sen the original produce? I can return only that what I have received.

                I request you to please look into this matter urgently and resolve it and give me my refund. Every time Flipkart is raising the request and after one day, cancelling it.

                  I want to change my number as my old number is no longer active and i have no access to it but flipkart sends otp to both the numbers why would i change my number if i have access to it anyway and also flipkart no longer has customer support email and no customer support chats with you only way to reach them is through the call back they do only on the registered number so basically i cant reach customer support because of their illogical and stupid way to change number. Help me change my number if you cant i will have to deactivate my account.

                    I recently purchased a fridge from Flipkart (Samsung 192l 5star fridge) and found a dent in it. As the surface is made of metal though it's clearly visible. At the last minute around 11.59pm, 22 Oct, they reject the return request.

                    Ive been trying to return the item and everytime they cancelled.

                    Pls help me with this product issue.

                        I have placed ban order for two mivi duopods F30 on flipkart website on 7th October. But the order was in pending status since flipkart says they haven't received the payment but paytm from which I paid the money says the transaction is successful from their end.

                        Its already 15 days and I havent received my refund yet from anyone.
                        Please provide my refund at the earliest.

                            I have Purchased POCO X3 pro mobile from IndiFlash Mart. on 20th Oct 2021 in Diwali Sale. i got my order on 22nd Oct 2021 when I opened the box there were 2 Detergent Soaps called Fena Mahabar.
                            When I asked customer care to either process refund or give me the replacement they have said that order has not delivered yet. We wont be able to proceed your request and hung the phone. now I am concerned about the authenticity of Flipkart. because they did not provide us Open box delivery as they provide at the time of iPhone. apart from that it was showing flipkart assured delivery. I think flipkart is just using our money for 3-4 days and give it back. just like a stock market. I have a strong feeling that this IndiFlashMart is a partner of their Scam.

                              Sir I ordered two pairs of Apple airpords rupees 8, 099 each but the day when I got the delivery of these airpods parcel in a single box I found there only one Apple airpods was there one was missing I raised complaint request two times but each time Flipkart rejected my request so I want the refund or that Apple airpods back. Please help .

                                First when I was ordered tha delivery date is 14/10/2021 but the product is not deliver so they told me to wait till 16/10/2021, but again they were unable to deliver so finally they filed a complaint and told me to wait till 21/10/2021, again I was called and ask about my resolution but they told me that 22/10/2021 is the deadline so you will get product otherwise Any resolution like extra compansation with your refund but today (22/10/2021 08:30pm) they told me to wait till 27/10/2021 for your product delivery.

                                  Unauthorized / fraudulent transactions have been done from my SBI credit card no. [protected] on dt-22.10.2021 @ 05:00 a.m. of Rs. 74250/- at FLIPKART PAYMENTS - BANGALORE. Total 5 nos. o[censored]nauthorized / fraudulent transactions, each of Rs. 14850 (Transaction reference number is - [1][protected], [2][protected], [3][protected], [4][protected] & [5][protected] have been done by someone to flipkart payment. I have lodge a complaint in SBI Card about the same. Since the amount is transferred to your esteem organization's account, it is requested to please stop the payment for above transaction reference numbers and please initiate refund process to my SBI credit card at the earliest.                                   What happened ultimately, please let me know?
                                  Sbi card is asking me to make payment.
                                  I received but did nit share any otp, infact I had just came back from office and it was around midnight.

                                    I ordered Iphone 12 mini from Flipkart on 2nd October, with exchange value of ₹5250 for my old device Poco F1. The product was delivered to me on 5th October, 2021. The delivery guy told me that the condition of my device was not up to the mark and he could only give me ₹3950 for my device. I paid the remaining amount and received my product. But when the invoice for my product was generated, it showed that the value that my old device was only ₹5250 and not ₹3950, and same was shown on the order page of the product as well. I informed flipkart about the issue and the customer executive told me that it might take a few days for the value to get updated and I should wait till then. But nothing happened and the value that is shown in the invoice is same till date. I called flipkart again and then the executive told me that the delivery service was not responding and I will get refund for the extra value I paid within 3 days. When I didn’t get the refund I contacted flipkart again and then again they told me to wait for three days and if I don’t get any solution, I can call them again and ask for the refund. I waited for 3 more days and after not getting any solution I contacted Flipkart once again to ask for the refund. But again the customer service executive denied to initiate the refund and wait for 3 more days that was until yesterday. But again I didn’t get any resolution of my issue. I have ordered devices with exchange from flipkart as well and the exchange value got updated immediately when it was decreased. I believe that Flipkart’s delivery executive has misappropriated with the value of my device and I am rightful to get the refund for the extra value that I paid.

                                      I ordered on 7th of oct using flipkart via paytm wallet, in flipkart it is showing order not placed but my amount 1088rs got deducted from paytm wallet, flipkart customer care executive is also talking rudely when I asked for refund, very bad service, flipkart is cheat I want my money back send me the refund
