[Resolved] Flipkart — Undelivered product marked as delivered and flipkart not addressing the complaint

I have placed an order with flipkart for a mask during covid times. The order number is OD[protected]. This was marked as delivered while I did not receive it. I have raised a complaint immediately and been following up for two weeks with no resolution from flipkart side. The issue I raised in their helpdesk is also marked as resolved and no way to reopen the case or escalate it. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

We would like to inform you that we tried reaching you on your registered number 99****95 and 94****87 on 13 Jun 21, 10:00 AM but we were not able to reach you. We have sent a mail in your registered email Id, if you want us to reopen the case, kindly revert on the same mail.
