Please be informed that I bought a Oppo f21 pro phone from flipkart on 7th August 2022 and I have been using it till 6th July 2023. On 7th when I woke up in the morning the phone was completely dead.. Hence, I contacted the Flipkart helpdesk in chat and they advised me to take it to the Oppo service centre and they confirmed it is under warranty. So, I took it to the Oppo service centre and to my shock they said the motherboard is corrupted and the phone is not under warranty because the phone IMI was activated on June 4th 2022. How is it possible when I got my phone in hand on August 7th, but as the service centre record it was activated on june 4th. Hence, the service said it could be a refurbished phone where in I bought a new phone from flipkart by paying. I have attached the invoice copy for reference. Then I raised a ticket IN[protected] with Flipkart desk and they said I have to wait till July 13th and they extended till july 19th Why should I wait for so long when I have a proof of invoice that flipkart sent a faulty phone instead of a new one. I want an immediate solution as my phone access is very important to me. This is really annoying and makes me lose trust on Flipkart. I have been a regular customer who purchased many products from flipkart. .
So far no action has been taken from flipkart even after chasing them many times.. Its a completen scam Was this information helpful? |
