Received a defected one, raised return request and jeeves technician was assigned, technician didn’t visit and the return window closed, complained again and same thing repeated. Today complained again 5th time and every time jeeves technician visit is re-scheduled and technician never visits to check the phone. Seems like a scam by vision star seller and jeeves technician. Purposefully they never visit us and update the status to flipkart as issue resolved. Flipkart blindly closes the case.
I need refund and will deactivate flipkart will never buy again.
