Flipkart Vision Star Seller — realme xt order cancelled without informing

My brother ordered realme xt from flipkart on 30th of september and the delivery guy visited home n started asking for the exchange phone and he handed over the device n the delivery guy from ekart checked the device for 5 minutes n rejected it n he didn't show the package of realme xt phone because he didn't had the device with him n that's the reason he rejected the xiaomi 3s prime phone which i opted to exchange and my brother paid 13499 in full but he did not received the device.
