[Resolved]  Flipkart — Voltas 2023 model 1.5 ton 5 star split AC defective indoor unit return and refund

I ordered voltas ac on 24 may 2023. The product was delivered on 28may. Installation technician came on 29 may and highlighted that filter is damage in indoor unit and indoor mount plate is not there. He highlighted that product is defective. I have raised return through Flipkart executive and asked for refund. Flipkart team is delaying the process and me and my family is suffering from NCR summer heat.
