Flipkart — WANT TO RETURN FAULTY MOTO G PIECE, BUT NO ONE HAS CALLED

The latest moto g i have purchased is a faulty piece, as there are issues with the power button and battery too, i have been requesting a call from customer care dept from the past 6 days, but i have no such proper response from your end, i don't know how it takes 6 days for you'll to make 1 phone call for a unhappy cutomer, everytime i call a cutomer service representive they tell me they will arrange a call back in 24 hr ( apparently the word " priority is used quite often used, and priority as for flipkart means 6 days)... i have received none yet, i am tired of calling your customer care dept and hearing false promises of getting a call back, this is a humble request to you'll that i am facing a lot of issues, KINDLY ARRANGE A CALL BACK FOR REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY MOTO G...and i assure you that i or any one in my circle will NEVER make purchases from such crappy company like flipkart, you'll truely need to learn something from AMAZON.com.
