[Resolved]  Flipkart — Warranty service for Laptop

In 2019, bought a laptop for my work purpose. The only reason of attraction to buy from Flipkart was because of the extended warranty period of Flipkart. Before purchasing even I consulted with a few of my friends and read out all the terms and conditions of Flipkart regarding the extended warranty period as well. Unluckily I was one among the misfortunate humans to believe Flipkart blindly . Purchased Laptop - Acer Predator Order ID :OD[protected] on 9th of March 2019.
Used almost 1 year nearly. The laptop motherboard got burned off within 1 year of my purchase. As per the terms and conditions on 1 year of extended warranty, the laptop issue needs to be reported immediately so that it can be resolved within the warranty period of 1 year. As soon as possible I contacted Flipkart customer care and reported the issue in multiple ways (emails, calls etc) but none of them were able to resolve or route the issue correctly. Even it got affected my job, was unable to complete my work due to laptop issue. Got expelled from the workplace.

The feedback I received from Flipkart was of no use . They were unable to respond correctly . I am very much disappointed with this disrespectful attitude of Flipkart . Flipkart responded to me that the refund amount will be sent to the customer's bank account. Flipkart communicated via emails and requested bank account details .But till now we haven't received any funds.
