Hi Team, i have a complaint against flipkart and brand that they are not supporting to mu order.Actaul i have purchased the order from flipkart a fan and that is not working after 1 month and i raised the complaint to the brand on 1 may but they are not helping in the warranty and after that i have raised the complaint on 31 may to flipkart and they have informed to me that they will resolve my issue by 4th may but they not resolved, after that they have taken 5th may again they have not called me a single time ...they even cant informed me for the next update.Still i m waiting for the resolution from 1 may and this is a summer season where i have needed this fan to be repaired or refund my money so i can purchased the new one. 1.flipkart executve called me when i picked the call they cut the call same time and marked me a message that they unable to reached me.
2.I have send me the several messages to them to called my number and another number but they never tried to call different number.Please help me with the refund or repair my fan.Also i have ladge the complaint in consumer court as well. order id-OD[protected] incident number-IN[protected] complaint lodge to brand on 1 may /complaint number-[protected] Order name- Candes Star High Speed Anti-Dust 1200 mm 3 Blade Ceiling Fan (Brown, Pack of 1)
