I would like to inform you that I had purchased JBL Tune 125BT Bluetooth Headset under Order ID: OD[protected] on dated 10.06.2021 from Flipkart. Wrong Model number (old set of JBL Tune 160BT headset) was delivered to me by Courier partner (Shreyash Retail Private Limited, Ship-from Address: Warehouse Building Nos. WE-II, Renaissance IntegratedIndustrial Area, Village Vashere, Bhiwandi, Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra -421302, Bhiwandi, MAHARASHTRA, India - 421302, IN-MH) on dated 14.06.2021 late evening. (attached Invoice)
On dated 15.06.2021, we had raised a return request for the same with return request ID:[protected];[protected]).
For the last two days, I have been receiving messages that Flipkart has rejected my return request (Return Update: Sorry, your return request for JBL Tune 125BT Bluetoo... cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact. Parallelly, We are receiving mail from flipkart regarding our personal details like AAdhaar card/PAN card. Pls clarify why it is required when we have made payment & shipment has reached my address & refund/replacement request raised through the same Flipkart account. I feel it is harassment without any reason as it is not mentioned in company return policy.(refer mail *.eml)
Pls provide us quick resolution of this issue else I ll never recommend Flipkart to anyone for shopping and present all details in consumer complaint forum. Pls look in this matter urgently and provide me either replacemnet or refund of amount INR 1, 699 quickly.
