I have been regularly ordering on Flipkart for several years. Recently started ordering grocery items. Out of 10 items ordered on my last order, only 3 items were right and 7 were wrong. Instead of cooking oil and grocery items i was given all non-grocery items like shaving foam, harpic, lizol, flushmatic, kitchen chopper and handwash ( in excess of one ordered by me.) Just 10 mins after my staff paid and collected the order, i saw the mistake and called the wish-master. He didnt answer my call. I called on customer care number snd raised a complaint. My matter was closed after 2 days saying that the seller had delivered the products, so no return is possible. I raised another complaint and was told that last time the complaint was put under wrong head hence the matter wasnt resolved and that i will get full refund and i can dispose the products if i do not need them. Again matter was closed. I placed return request again. This time my account was blacklisted as i was placing lots of returns according to flipkart. They need to understand that i want the products i ordered initially and if the seller has delivered wrong items it is not my fault.And who is Flipkart to blacklist a customer, just because the seller isnt willing to rectify his fault. Had it been Amazon or Bigbasket, my grocery complaint would have been looked at immediately. Flipkart is the worst website to shop if customer isnt heard and blacklisted for fault of seller. I have nothing to lose, maybe Flipkart will- Slowly they will lose all customers. The customer care representatives have neen given no authority other than writing down complaints, that too they cannot do. I called two more times again and they can only pass on my complaint IN[protected] to another team who isnt properly aware of facts. Was this information helpful? |
