[Resolved]  Flipkart — Wrongfully blocked my account & freezed my wallet money

Dear Sir/Madam,

Flipkart has wrongfully blocked my account quoting in the email sent to my registered email id that you account has been blocked due to high number of returns.

I have clarified them over calls & emails multiple times that the returns were due to a loophole in Flipkart delivery system only. Flipkart launched an online sale in which they asked customers to pre-book products before the actual sale date by paying Rs 1/-, so that customers are assured that they can approve the order later without the products getting out of stock during sale period. Therefore I pre-booked a number of products by paying Rs 1/- and when the sale starts i went to buy the same products again by making a pre payment through my bank cards instead of approving and proceeding with pre-booked products.

Now Flipkart push to deliver me both the prepaid orders and unapproved pre-booked products, that I can't accept. So I accepted delivery of my prepaid orders and denied acceptance o[censored]napproved pre-booked products that were sent to me. For which Flipkart blamed me for unusually high order returns and thereby blocked my account & freezed my hard earned money deposited in their Flipkart wallet associated with my blocked account. Registered email id on Flipkart was [protected]@gmail.com.

I request you to please help me to get back my Flipkart account so that I can access my wallet money & access my purchase history and e-invoices to claim warranties on past purchased products.

Note- I have been a registered user of Flipkart from past few years and was their Plus member who shopped a lot on their platform for self, friends and family, but now regretting after being harrassed repeatedly by Flipkart customer service representatives. Please help

Update- Today they asked me to upload my government approved ID proofs, don't know what they are going to do with that.
