I done purchase on 29th July 3019 throgh flipkartplus app LED 32 INCHES TV MARQ BY FLIPKART with exchange of my old LCD TV. On 31st July 2019 Ecart executive cum technician came to my home and deny to exchange old t.v and asked to pay another rs.2900 /-. Then I also refused to take the marq flipcart led product. He went away with his product. But in my flipkartplus account my order I'd OD[protected] status till today showing as " product has been delivered" I waited for 3 days and then i raised a complaint in flipkart customer care. They told me wait till 6th August 7.30 p.m they will resolve the issue with product seller and courier services. But today at 8.30. P.m flipkart executive contacted me through phone and informed that I have to wait another 48 hours. Please take the needful action provide me justice & refund my amount in to my credit card account
