Hi Sir,
I purchased a printer and delivered on 29 Oct, printer color was already filled inside the printer and it was a used printer, when i print it is only print only single color, other color work, so i raised a replacement request on the same day, seller rejected the same, i raised return request after that again kept me waiting till 8 oct, then said return period over and we can not provide return contact brand. when I contacted brad on no[protected] they refused to return it and said to contact Flipkart only. now both brands not providing any resolution, Please provide me a resolution. the seller MTAILMODEECOM is a fraud seller and sending fake products.
