I have ordered a mi 5a 80cm (32 inch) HD ready led smart android tv with dolby audio (2022 model) From Flipkart by my icici bank credit card on the date of 9/8/2022 same day I have cancelled my order due to wrong address submitted. I have raised a query about the refund same day. But after completing the deadline I haven’t got my refund. After plenty of time complaining about my refund today is 26th of August the last deadline given by Flipkart I haven’t got my refund. Today 26th of August I again call to Flipkart customer executive and today again he or she gave me a new day just like they gave me before. How much deadline I have to wait for getting my money back. My credit card settlement date is seventh of September if on the time Flipkart will not refund my money I have to pay extra charges to the respective credit card bank. And also this will create a bad impact on my civil score. This thing will happen who will responsible for this Flipkart is not clarifying me and not even providing me proper solution.
Requesting the consumer forum to kindly help me and provide me a proper solution and justification for the problem that have been created by Flipkart because of this this is a case of monitory loss as well as mentally harassment that I am facing just because of Flipkart.
