I'd made a transaction via payu money on 30th sep 2016 which went for a toss. I had charged a customer for the amount of rs.10, 800 but instead of the payment being debited to my account it went to the account of goibibo. Complaint ticket # 275476. Since several days i've been following up with them but i don't see anything happening. All they do is keep on transferring my calls to the technical department. Till date i've been speaking to numerous technicians from payu money but none are good to solve my concern.
