flour mill — Flour Mill Noise and Sound

Respected Sir,

I am an Accounts Manager residing at No5/02 North Street, Ranithottam Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District 629001. Since repeated talk and discussion did not help us in any way I am lodging a complaint against that entity here. One Flour Mill which is the immediate neighbor has their own unit running without our permission ( Perumal Street, Near Nesawalar Colony). This is a proper residential area. We did not give any NOC. Air and noise pollution caused by the flour mill is immense and could not even explain how badly we suffered and suffering now. My father is a heart patient who has ICD implanted and we have children who are studying higher study unable to concentrate their study due to heavy noise. We requested the owner either to have the proper ventilation else to shut down the process. Those all fell on deaf ears. Besides this, they do not have any scheduled time to run the unit. It runs even in the late evening around 8 PM or more than that. We discussed this to that owner which is of no use and he said nothing can shake his business in an arrogant way. Please do help us to get relief from this problem since the stress caused to us is immense. Please do help me with this
