Flowers — Artificial flowers and decoration products

Updated by VpmNizar Vpm Guys i recently come across an fb advertisement about artificial flowers and wedding decoration items in various event management group under the name "AZEEM TYAGI " in which he posted lot of pictures of artificial decoration flowers and chairs and when i chat with him he send his number [protected]. I called him and did whatsapp video call, he showed his shop and products through video call. I ordered products worth Rs3500 and transferred money over google pay on 18/12/20 he agreed to send courier by next day morning and in the morning he called me again and asked to pay rs1000 additional for courier charges and gst so that he can send items immediately. I paid this amount also. After receiving the money there was no response so i called him again and again he didn't responded and he blocked my number. I tried from different number and he said will send later and disconnected calls. Now he is saying do whatever you can do it and uses bad languages against me.
So guys can you pls identify this guy, i lost rs4500 and anyone can help me to get back my money. Pls don't believe this guy he is cheating and fake.
