Fly Mantra — E-Ticket receipt/Refund not received

I am sorry to say that, I had booked my ticket on[protected] by ICICI credit card) through your travel agent named FlyMantra.com and after booking I received confirmation mail but till date I would not get any confirm E-Ticket with PNR No . Myself tried to make contact with them and had send 4 mails (from [protected]@rediffmail.com) but they haven't responded for the same till date. I requesed them either to send E-Ticket confirmation or Refund my money. Is Fly Mantra one of your travel agent?Please confirm or search the same immediately or else I will raise the matter to" CYBER CRIME BRANCH" and you may be one of the party for this case.
