Flying Machine — bad quality jacket

I have brought a full sleeve leather type jacket from reliancetrends thakurpukur, but after two days i notice tearing of leather and then scattering of leather peices all around. I have registered a complaint to reliancetrends but no such action has been taken, so i want you to take some action. It feels very to get such a damage product from your brand please look into the matter

We bought 4 jeans in sale of buy2 get2 offer, but one of my jeans is not fitting right so I went to the shop for getting the same jeans with smaller size, so the owner of the shop said that it can not be exchanged the item because it was on sale.But it can be exchange because I bought it yestreday night.So I want an exchange of that item .
