Flying Machine — black jeans purchased from flying machine, phase 7, mohali

On 16th of november, i purchased a black jeans worth rs 1899 from flying machine outlet, mohali.
Just after some days i could see some fuzz pills on it and i had not even washed it.
I complained flying machine outlet about this and they asked me to handover the jeans.

It's been a week i have given them the jeans and i have received nothing from their side.
When we shop from other brands, in case of dissatisfied quality. They either replace the product immediately or give refund.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service and the product. Hoping this complaint will be addressed soon.
