Sir, I got an accident on my tata nexon amt car and i given my car to one of the service center of tata motors named Focuz Motors Trivandrum. My car bumber and leftside head light was damaged due to the accident. And I have full cover insurance that time because my car was almost new. The service advisor named Shiju was sooo rude and unhelpful mentality. He was so intrested to pass the insurance bill before he even touch my car. He got passed the insurance amount within a week. But my car was in the garage for more than a month, even the work was for maximum one week. And they didnt finish the work properly, and the service advisor shaiju, s behaviour was rude and not in proffessional way.Some people like this man was ruining Tata Motors Name. I sacrifice every thing and i didnt complaint to any one even though i was not satisfied the work. But now the problem is my bumber paint was so fady and look soo ugly after few months.What will I do now?? I am not ready to go back in Focuz Motors service center, as far as people like him work there. Is Tata Motors can fix my issue??
