Hi good evning am Rifas Rahim from trivandrum kerala I ordered a mobile Lenovo k4not after my order your 1 of our excutive will call me for order confirmation i accpect the call and our order is confomerd your monthly payment is 958/ month I say ok 1st you pay 2000 I say ok on last Monday[protected] I will pay after payment I will call the excutive he accpect my call & I tell to him I will send money through icici bank to us number then he tell me ok sir I will call I want to check I say ok after half hour he call me sir your payment will recive sir next I send you documents I ask to him what documents required he tell me
I'd proof, address proof, 2 photos & 1 canclled cheque i say ok sir u get a mail wiith in 48 hour's your product will departure I cut the call on Wednesday I call the excutive 1st he don't accpect my call i try more times @last he accpect my call i ask where is my mobile he told me sir can u send the documents I say no then he tell me sir send the documents & your phone will get in Thursday morning 11 am I say ok then am no to internet cafe & check the company mail & that ask me the I'd proof, address proof canclled cheque, income proof, 6 month bank staement but I don't have income proofs & bank statement I send balance documents on Thursday morning from 10.40 am calling excutive he is not accpecting my call a full day I call don't take my call Friday also I call he don't take my call @ last on Saturday i give a complaint @ cyber cell they will registered the case excutive mobile number [protected]
