I was apply for mobile phone on fonemart.In application id 0905fmt9538 and i paid rs 3442 to fonemart 15 days when i contact to customer care they told me if you want to refund send me your account number same day i send my account detail to the fonemrt but amount is not refund till date 15/7/16 kindly guide me
