Food office , Bashyam circle , Rajajinagar, Bangalore — Ration card has not came yet

I applied for ration card in 2019 still i didn't get my ration card my acknowledgement number is[protected] still it's in processing status ...it's been already more than two years ..still i didn't get my card.please resolve this
