A2Z Shopping Limited — Not Delivering Product after taking money

I ordered Patanjali Chayawanprash 1kg of 215 ,I paid the amount through net banking .

satvik shopa2z Shopping Limited, Top Floor, 10, Darya Ganj, New Delhi-110002, India.



But I have not received my product yet,In the courier number they have given someone else courier number i.e.[protected](aramex) which is on the name of someishu gupta.

I called the company so many times but that was of no use,they simply tell that they will resolve the issue.It is more than 17 days but they have not delivered my product.
