I have made a purchase of an item named "AAKASH NAMKEEN" (AALOO BHUJIA) which was kept as an impulse purchase item at the SNACK counter.
While opening the packet I have found a piece of solid hard oiled material . And also there is a very irritating smell inside the packet i think thats a mistake from my side i also tried to eat to clarify myself but the answer is yes there is a smell inside the packet
I have live video and pictures of the infected content.
Being an ISO 22000:2005 CERTIFIED enterprise it is least expected that the Company would sell such low grade food articles in the market causing harm and damage to the health of consumers. Please understand the fact that families and children trust and rely on the surety and quality that these companies promise.
I have written a complaint to best price supermarket complaint center and marketing agency of the product and have requested for immediate action.
