[Resolved]  Arya Agro Food Suppliers — Fraud Company

Hello All

Arya Agro Food Suppliers located at Block No. 735, Nikalas Mandir Road, Fuwara Squ., Itwari, Nagpur - 440002, INDIA
(They keep changing address also so beware.) Their main persons are Ms Rashmi and Mr Naidu (both are wife and husband respectively.)

These people are complete frauds in the Indian market. They pose themselves as very big and efficient suppliers of Agro produce but
in reality they are thieves. They have a great modus-operandi to cheat and dupe their so called "clients".

They will promise to supply Agro product such as Wheat, Rice, Maize etc of top most quality at dirt cheap prices available nowhere else!
So the potential buyers get tempted to approach them for the supply. Unfortunately I was one of such stupid buyers (Yes, I called myself
'stupid', because after this incident I cant call myself cunning!)

I was offered by this fraud company to buyer Indian milling Wheat at dirt cheap prices and I was immediately tempted to deal with them.
They convinced my partner also that they are sourcing from farmers and thus eliminating the middle-man helps them achieve these prices.

After convincing my partner they asked him to open an L/C for the supply as payment guarantee and it being a clean process we were
convinced that this is a genuine company. They dint even ask for a single penny as advance and agreed to work on 100% at sight LC
basis.

We opened the LC for beneficiary as Arya Argo Food Supplier for supply of Wheat and it was agreed that I will visit their storage for loading
purpose for the inspection of stock before loading.

I reach Nagpur from New Delhi on the agreed dates. As soon as reached Nagpur I started feeling something is wrong. No one there to receive
me whereas my partner was told that all arrangement have been made. Anyways I took a cab and checked into the nearest hotel that i could
find in my budget.
I freshen up and took a cab to reach their listed off address.
WHAT D [censored] I FIND THERE!!!!!
There is no proper office on this company not even a display board with their name on it!!
Its a small clustered room with 4 people sitting inside and chatting like a small house in a slum area.
To much of my surprised it was the right address and these were the people who had promised to supply me 10000 tonnes of Wheat and
acquired an bank LC from me to screw up my repo in the market.

Then started the games of ifs and buts and excuses. 1 day gone by and no progress with anything even no promises! Let alone performance.
Day 2, I was very frustrated as I delivery schedule was hampering and i started pushing them around for the work i have come all d way for.
After judging my desperation to start check the material and loading preparations these people played there cards!

They asked me... If I wanted to start work in that hurry I need to pay 25% advance in cash immediately.
XXXXXXXXXXXXX HOLY MOTHER OF GOD XXXXXXXXXXXXXX Felt like killing the on the spot!

After taking the bank Lc for payments, signing a legal contract and calling me all the way to nagpur they tell me they want 25% advance coz
they dont have the money to pay to the transport company....!!

I told them fine I will still pay you just let me check the stock, i[censored] have it or not...
Now they say they wont show me the stock coz its not theirs and i shall start dealing directly to the contact and by-pass them!!
I told these frauds that if it was my intention i would not give u the bank L/C for payments...
They had no answers! coz they dnt have any stock! They wanted to take money as advance and cheat me!

People I escaped with a loss of few thousand of rupees but you please bewares.
