Calorie Smart — Non-Refund of Amount

I had subscribed for a prepaid lunch meal service of CalorieSmart. However, after sometime I discontinued using the meal as I had relocated. According to the owner Ms. Dimple Chatterjee I had a balance of Rs. 763 in my prepaid account which I had requested her to refund. I placed a request to refund the amount on the 17th of July, 2013 to which I received a reply after a fortnight asking me about my account details. Thereafter on the 26th of July, 2013 I emailed her the details of my bank statement. Since then I have sent two reminder emails to which I neither have received a reply nor has the process of refunding my account has been initiated. Request you to kindly resolve this issue so that I can get my refund amount back
