Hi,
It is the first month that i have joined in this God forsaken place and i would like to bring to your notice about the facts that would present a true picture of this company.
1. A disgusting discovery at our cafeteria on the 5th floor which left me flabbergasted and disappointed. Gaint RATS!!
Yes you heard me right! the cafeteria is infested with huge rodents having a gala time invading the neglected garbage in the bins and feasting on the plates in which the food is served.
The plates are seldom clean and these rats are everywhere, near food, all over the chat counter & the bakery.
When brought this to the notice of the facilities and the senior management it is disturbing that they are not bothered about this as this is considered as a shared facility. (I fail to understand when the so called induction room and the play area is on the same floor which is owned by Concentrix, how would the cafe become the shared area??).
The management asks the employees to have the food outside the Maruti chambers advising that the food is a little hygienic over there.(Being in the corporate for over 2 years i have never come across this kind of answers from the senior management).
I have never seen the senior management have a tea, forget the food from this cafeteria!!
2. The furniture provided in the premises is a joke! half of the chairs are either damaged or broken!
Recently there was some meet conducted and was named as a town-hall with the head of India Operations Mr.Bhatia addressing the crowd.While this was in progress i noticed on the other end a loud thud! someone had fell down and was hurt as the chair was broken.(I guess Mr.Bhatia should visit other companies where weekly meetings happen in much better places than this with proper furniture).
After this Mr.Bhatia apparently brushed this of laughing as a minor mishap!! (His comic sense is worth a praise, making fun at other's injury!!)
3. They don't have a training room and training facilities.I guess they need to take a look at the other corporate and learn from them.
Having a room dedicated to the training is a necessity and not an extraordinary request!
4. Human Resources, the recruitment in Concentrix is done by so called TA team who are not even provided with a room for the interviews.The interviews happen on the path where the employees access their ID's to enter the floor.
Request the concerned people to get their act straight at the earliest and help their employees from getting sick and injured.It would help the company to save their reputation in the market.
