Chhotu Dhaaba in Dhamtari road, near abhanpur is selling "cream bell" ice-cream at Rs. 20 instead of Rs. 15 which is its MRP. Further on been argued it was said that its a less margined product and also they are taking cooling charges and its a general practice and they asked for "take it or leave it". when asked for bill, it was given for the product whose price was Rs. 20 rather than cream bell bar ice-cream which was purchased.
