[Resolved]  Debdutta Gas Agency Burdwan — late delivery of LPG cylinder

Please provide as much information as possible...Hellow, I am a consumer (consumer no DD 21439) of Debdutta Gas Agency (code 461838), Burdwan, W.B., dealer of bharat gas.I have booked a cylinder through mobile on 19.07.2013. A message received by me on 22.07.2013 that my cylinder (booking no.[protected] has delivered. but I have not received the cylinder till today. I went to the agency office again and again. bet the situation is still same.
