D'Mart Akota — 25% higher price than M.R.P.

vide cash memo C.MM.no:03-0104 dt.26/03/2013 for Rs.50/= i had purchased mushrooms bearing M.R.P.of Rs.40/=
though the amt.of Rs.10/=is small but it is 25% more than the M.R.P.and to the best of my knowledge it is violation of
law.I had already emailed to D mart but not yet recd any reply.for the large volume of business probably this must be
their strategy to loot people.

pls suggest me the way to stop this type of malpractice by such store.
