i am Deoraj from kanpur nagar. i made a call from mob no [protected] for booking dominos pizzas. the call was attended by a lady operator, when i tried to book an order for four pizzas but that lady was saying that dominos is not delivering pizzas beyond the 03 kms. then i asked to give any consumer support number but she has transferred my call to someone named Mr Sumit. i have inquired from him regarding delivery of pizzas to shyam nagar but he said that dominos is delivering the pizzas within the 3kms of area.
It is ridiculous to hear from a reputed company like dominos. i am a regular customer and visiting dominos with family every now and then but from the today's incident, i came to that the companies like dominos never dissatisfied their customers but the staff at the end does this.
