Dream Bake Private Limited - Winkies — Winkies Swiss Rolls with Fungus, with proof

To Whoever it may concern, This is to inform you that i was unfortunate enough to purchase a pack of bad swiss roll cake made by a company called Dream Bake Pvt Ltd under the name of Winkies. Batch no. SRC/2009/SP/11 Manufacturing Date: 20/9/2013 Expiry Date: 18/1/2014 After coming home i opened the pack to eat it with a spoon in the plastic tray the cake comes in. I did not open the cake from the covering completely and started eating it like one eats a chocolate bar. After having a couple of bites, i unwrapped the pack a little bit more and found a big greenish patch, i was surprised to see that there was fungus growing on the whole cake. i quickly check the expiry date on the pack and found that it was still a couple of months before it reached its expiry. Since i bought the Swiss Rolls from 24x7 convenience store, I am holding the bill with me. I do plan to reach out to the concerned authority with my complaint and i am well aware about the Food Safety and Standards Act 2008 and Rules and Regulations 2011 and how WINKIES have failed to follow it. I am extremely concerned about this and especially since i was unfortunate to not see this before i ate some of it, im afraid how this could affect my health. After doing some research i found out that others have also had this issue and one of them, a woman, has lost her life after going through a similar case as i have. I hope i can get some attention to this issue and possibly take an action against it.
