Golden Bakery - Barkatpura Nizamabad — Soft Drinks sold at higher price and fusty items were selling

Hi,

In my Home Town there is a Bakery called "Golden Bakery" they sell the soft-drinks at higher price for 45 Rs pet bottle they will charge 48 Rs and when I asked them their shopkeeper replied in rude way they are charging for cooling (electricity) not only that most of the bakery items they sold is fusty/expired. Kindly let me know how to deal with them or any legal action could be taken for such cheaters.
