They advertize their product as "Certified" Organic milk, free of pesticides and antibiotics. That's just plain old fraud. They do not have certificate from any government agency. They buy milk from the local market, re-package it and sell it as organic. They think it's perfectly normal to bombard you with emails and phone calls touting their crap.
